247 Gram Bisbee Turquoise Vintage Native American Navajo Sterling Silver Suqash Blossom Necklace
This is a magnificent vintage Navajo turquoise stone 1930's/ 40's silver squash blossom necklace. This incredible necklace contains 18 outstanding Bisbee turquoise stones. This necklace is very rare not only because it is very old but also because it consists of 18 large and chunky Bisbee turquoise stones. Bisbee is a very rare mine from Arizona. Surrounding each of the stones are phenomenal hand carved silver leaves that are very detailed. Also surrounding the stones are marvelous silver wave works, stems, ropes and raindrops. The very sturdy and strong thick double silver shank naja pendant measures around 3-1/8" X 3-1/8". Resting throughout the rest of the necklace are marvelous handmade round silver beads with a traditional silver clasp. Sterling silver. Cir. 1930's/ 40's. The length of the necklace measures around 33". Sturdy 247 grams.
