Ramair Performance Foam Air Filter & Heat Shield Induction Kit VW Polo GTI 1.8t (9N3) – JSK-111-70

This full air box replacement induction kit is designed specifically for the VW Polo GTI (9n3) 1.8t. This kit allows for increase in airflow and induction noise over the factory intake equipment. The heat shield replaces the factory air box and mounts to standard OEM mounting points, it has a secondary breather filter allowing you retain the SAI (Secondary Air Injection) system. Whilst an ECU remap if not required, it will help you make the most of the increased potential airflow.
After many years of manufacturing filters and intake kits for some of the largest VAG tuners in the world we have decided to now offer these products direct to you, the consumer. Our heat shield is far more intricate than others available and the quality of our filters are second to none. Gains on these kits are industry known to be up to 10% mapped increase with up to 25% less restriction in air flow.

What does it do?

This kit allows for increased airflow and induction noise over the factory air intake equipment. This kit replaces all of the factory intake pipework right back to the turbo inlet.

Cut using state-of-the-art laser technology, assembled with aircraft grade rivets and coated in a specially formulated satin black powder coat finish. Ramair employ the same techniques in their tier 1 motorsport equipment.
