Raymond Lovato!! Important Vintage Santo Domingo Pot Sterling Silver Necklace
This is an astonishing vintage Santo Domingo inlaid silver pendant necklace. This remarkable necklace contains a fascinating very large inlaid silver pendant that includes Royston turquoise, green stone, jet, pipestone and mother of pearl. Accenting the top of the pendant are fabulous silver works that consist of leaves, swirling stems, shells, raindrops and a flower. The detailing of the entire necklace is absolutely phenomenal. The pendant measures around 3" X 2-1/4". The rest of the necklace is comprised of wonderful round and torpedo shaped silver beads with an end traditional silver clasp. The old natural patina on this necklace is so superior. Sterling silver. Cir. 1970's+. Signed by artist, Raymond Lovato. The length of the necklace measures around 26". Sturdy 72 grams.
