Native Woman Turquoise Hand Carved Sterling Silver Bracelet
This is a magnificent Southwestern hand carved stone and shell silver bracelet. This impressive bracelet was handmade by the famous artist, Francisco Gomez who is known for his impeccable stone and shell carvings. This bracelet contains a wonderful hand carved Indian woman that consists of orange spiny oyster shell and Royston turquoise. Surrounding the carved Native woman consists of outstanding detailed silver works that include ropes, shells, raindrops and swirling stems. Resting at the sides of the bracelet are large hand carved teardrop shaped Easter Blue turquoise stones, a total of 10 stones. This bracelet contains a marvelous sturdy and thick triple silver shank cuff that graduates in width towards the center. The center hand carved stone and shell Native woman measures around 2" X 1-1/2". The width of the bracelet measures around 2-5/8". Signed by artist, Fran Gomez. Sterling silver, marked. The inside end to end measures around 5-1/2" with an additional 1-1/4" gap. Sturdy 99 grams.
