Divide the number of patties per day by the number of feedings per day. NEW TO RAW: Introduce raw over a period of 5 to 7 days, mixing increasing amounts with the current food each day. Daily Feeding Guidelines (each patty is approx. 8 oz.): Adult Maintenance: 5-15 lb: ½ - 1 patty; 16-25 lb: 1 – 1 ½ patties; 26-50 lb: 1 ½ - 2 ½ patties; 51-75 lb: 2 ½ - 3 patties; 76 lb +: 3 patties + Weight Loss: 5-15 lb: ¼ - ¾ patty; 16-25 lb: ¾ - 1 patty; 26-50 lb: 1 - 1 ½ patties; 51-75 lb: 1 ½ - 2 patties; 76 lb +: 2 patties + Handling Tips: - Keep frozen until ready to use.
