Versatility and multi-functionality are the keywords when discussing the Liberator Training System from Inflight Fitness. Rugged and durable, the Liberator is a fantastic addition to any gym, facility or other commercial facility. Five stacks and five stations make this the ultimate system for a multi-user environment. So unique, it not only allows users to go from one cable-assisted exercise to the next by just changing stations, the Liberator can have five users working on it simultaneously. The five stations and the adjustable pulley system allows users to target multiple muscle groups. The totality of the unit provides for a wide variety of arm, leg, upper body, lower body and core exercises. To just scratch the surface, this would include lat pulls and shoulder presses on one station, leg extensions and curls at another, chest presses and ab crunches at a third, bicep curls and seated rows at the fourth and chest, lower back and hip work on the crossover station. The crossover features 17 different height adjustments, a 2:1 cable ratio and includes a chin-up bar on the generously sized 84" crossbeam. The device comes standard with 3 (three) 200 lb. weight stacks and two stacks of 150 lbs. Each is eligible to be upgraded in 50 lb. increments up to 300 lbs. The seats are padded with premium upholstery featuring sewn vinyl covers for ultimate durability. The contoured seat and back pads offer lumbar support and maximum comfort. The easy to use ratchet adjustment system lets users position the seats for height and comfort. This unit also features commercial rated 1" shafts and 1" pillow block bearings on the press arm to ensure smooth movement. Perfect for busy multi-user environments, this unit has a footprint of 207" x 86". It also offers cast steel weight plates, ¼" dia. 4000 lb. military-spec cable and 4.5" and 6" pulleys for rugged durability and quiet operation. Includes full steel shrouds that are powder and clear coated, providing a mar-resistant lustrous finish. At less than 8' tall, this unit will easily fit in nearly every facility. Device includes multiple easy-to-follow exercise placards that demonstrate machine set-up, proper form and target muscle groups. All hand grips are made of non-absorbent, UV resistant closed cell foam and are finished with aluminum grip caps to prevent wear while looking terrific. The rich, platinum color will compliment any decor and fit into every environment.
