VELUX 30.06-in x 30-in Solar-powered Venting Deck Mount Skylight with Laminated Low-e Argon Glass
VELUX solar-powered "Fresh Air" Skylights do not require any wiring and are eligible for a 30% federal tax credit, which also covers the product and installation costs, making them a very cost-effective option. They also come with a 10-year "No Leak" installation warranty when installed with EDL M08 flashing on a shingle roof with a pitch between 14-85 degrees, EDW M02 on a tile roof, or EDM M02 on a metal roof (flashing kits sold separately). These skylights feature Clean, Quiet, and Safe LowE3 laminated glass with Neat glass coating, providing a cleaner skylight, reducing outside noise, and even comes with a 10-year hail warranty against glass breakage. The double-paned argon gas filled LowE3 glass offers excellent energy performance for year-round comfort, as well as the added safety of laminated glass, which is required by building codes for out of reach applications.
