Signed Huge Native American Navajo Tubule Sterling Silver Turquoise Necklace Set

This is a magnificent vintage Navajo turquoise and silver long necklace. What makes this necklace rare is not only that it is large and contains beautiful hand cut large disc shaped turquoise stones but also that it is signed. It is very rare for these types of necklaces to be signed. The necklace consists of a beautiful plethora of large disc shaped Number 8 turquoise stones that measure around 1/2" in diameter. Resting throughout the stones are impressive large tubule shaped silver beads with the larger tubule beads measuring a whopping 1-3/4" X 1/2". Also situated throughout the necklace are stunning round silver beads with the largest situated at the bottom measuring around 1" in diameter. I absolutely love the stunning sun stampings that are located throughout the silver works on this necklace. Another unique feature about this necklace are the phenomenal matchin pair of silver and turquoise earrings that each measure around 1-3/4" X 1/2" not including the hooks. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. Signed by Navajo artist, Sophia Becenti . The length of the necklace measures around 38". Sturdy 148 grams.
