Track Listing:Chrome dishes up two servings of heavy Hip Hop instrumentals. The A side track ‘Don’t stop, get it’ kicks off with the familiar reggae sample from Stranger Cole’s ‘Crying every night’ (made famous by Reflection Eternal’s classic ‘Fortified live’), and proceeds to kick in with heavyweight drums and vocal cuts a plenty! The B side unearths a Funkadelic track from ‘Let’s take it to the stage’ and brings it to life with some disco lead drums from the Atmosphere classic ‘Dancing in outer space’ and links them up with the Funky ‘Sesame street’ drum break from Blowfly. Both tracks are pounding dance floor bangers!

Chrome is a DJ, an MC and a producer / Beat maker hailing from Norwich UK. Over the years Chrome has released music on labels such as Ninja Tune, Jalapeño records, ae productions, B Line Recordings, Naked Ape and more, with 5 full length studio albums, numerous single and video releases and a huge list of UK and European gigs. Chrome has certainly paid his dues supporting the likes of A Tribe called Quest, De La Soul, Public Enemy, M.O.P, Pharcyde, Grandmaster Flash, DJ Premier, Craig Charles, Huey Morgan and lots more! 2023 see’s Chrome releasing instrumental Hip Hop beats through the ‘Friday’s Funky 45’ record label, which has featured the likes of Smoove, Featurecast, Voodoo Cuts, etc and so finds himself in extremely good company! The ‘ChromePlus’ band project is also due for release later in the year on the ‘ae productions’ record label.
