The Cable Cross-Over Fitness Trainer is a fantastic addition to any gym, facility or home workout studio. It's been designed to be versatile, allowing users to go from one cable-assisted exercise to the next with only having to stop to change positions. The adjustable pulley system allows users to target multiple muscle groups or focus on just one in particular. The totality of the unit provides for a wide variety of arm, leg, upper body, lower body and core exercises. Multi-functionality, low resistance and long cable pulls make this unit a circuit lovers dream. The device comes standard with twin angled, fully-adjustable cable columns and an innovative dual cable design that helps to reduce weight resistance while still offering a powerful workout. 2 (two) 150 lb. weight stacks are also standard, with each eligible to be upgraded in 50 lb. increments up to 300 lbs. This unit also features 1" shafts and ABEC rated ball bearings at the exercise pivots to ensure smooth movement. Perfect for busy multi-user environments, this compact unit has a footprint of only 48" x 142". Filled with tons of features that raise this unit from ordinary to extraordinary, this station offers a multi-function cross (monkey) bar, a chin-up bar, rock climbing grips, a 2" thick bar, four stability handles, cast steel weight plates, dual chrome steel stirrup handles, a 2:1 cable ratio and the ability to adjust to 17 different heights. It also offers 2" x 4" flat oval tubing, ¼" dia. 4000 lb. cable and 4.5" pulleys for rugged durability. Includes steel shrouds that are powder and clear coated, providing a mar-resistant lustrous finish. At less than 8' tall, this unit will fit in nearly every area of a facility and nearly every room in a home. Device includes an easy-to-understand and follow exercise placard. Includes an integrated foot block to enable seated row exercises. The rich, platinum color will compliment any decor and fit into every environment.
