The Vortec 96-02 350 L31 Crate Engine from Chevrolet Performance has the following features:

  • Forged steel crankshaft
  • All blocks are 4 bolt main
  • All blocks are roller camshaft ready
  • All blocks are mechanical fuel pump capable (Gen1e/L31 has no camshaft eccentric)
  • Machined using precision CNC equipment
  • Machined and assembled in the USA!

Block:

  • Brand New (Not Remanufactured)
  • Cylinders honed on computer controlled machine

Includes:

  • No core charge
  • New valve covers , oil pan, timing cover and harmonic balancer less labor hours at your installer
  • GM OE part validation must comply with an 18 step quality process
    Torque to turn, compression & oil pressure tested at end of line.
