501 Canbus Control Unit | Plug & Play

Designed to work with any Autobeam 501 LED bulb. This Plug & Play canbus unit will resolve any CAN-related issues, including flickering, hyper-flash, or dashboard errors.

Information

Many existing vehicles are designed for use with halogen-based products, and installing LEDs can often trigger a warning light on your car's dashboard. LED technology uses a lower wattage, and the vehicle believes the LED bulb is faulty.

The Autobeam Load resistor for LED lamps eliminates this problem. Installation of this item bypasses the lamp failure function of the can-bus system on your vehicle. It's easy to install onto the car - it simply clips onto the wires. Plus, using this product doesn't negatively impact the light output or heat management of the LED lamps.

Other Information 

Although this product is universal it may not be suitable for every vehicle due to the bulb holder socket style. Packaging type may vary depending on stock.

If you are having any issues with your LED conversion(s) such as the below then this is the product for you: -
CANBUS Dash Error/Warning - most European cars are fitted with CANBUS systems, which warn you of bulb errors.
Hyper Flash - normally relevant to LED indicator conversions and in some cases other LEDs also.
One Bulb Out - one side of the bulb is not functioning correctly, such as one sidelight or number plate LEDs.
