VEHICLE APPLICATION

  • Fits 2002 - 2007 Honda CR-V (2.4L DOHC 4cyl)
  • Fits 2003 - 2011 Honda Element (2.4L DOHC 4cyl)

Note: ClutchMax 215mm up rated clutch replaces factory OEM 230mm for better performance and extended life by reducing rotating mass. This conversion clutch set must be used together as a kit without reusing any existing component. May require ECU flash via HonData FlashPro or Ktuner Flash.

 

ClutchMax Stage 2 Clutch Kit and Performance Flywheel set key features:

  • Performance Chromoly Flywheels are made from 4140 Chromoly forged steel (imported from Japan), CNC machined and dynamically computer balanced to 12,000 RPM.
  • Pressure Plate made from Ductile/ Nodular Cast Iron for maximum strength and highest wear resistant.
  • Diaphragm springs made from 51CrV4 steel (imported from Germany) endure a multiple stage, heat-treating process for uncompromising performance and durability.
  • Disc made from carbon kevlar infused friction with chromoly sprung hub for greater holding capacity and longer lifespan.
  • Properly suited for daily driving, performance street driving and moderate track use.
  • Replaces factory clutch with lightweight high performance 215mm clutch for better load capacity and longer lifespan. May require ECU flash via HonData FlashPro or Ktuner Flash.
