Wakefield 1 Gal. Premium Biochar Organic Garden Soil Conditioner (2-Pack)
Biochar is manufactured to specifically support soil health. Wakefield Premium Biochar uses organic material (pine wood) and converts it to almost a pure carbon material that has no chemicals and no synthetic additives. This 2-pack of 1 gal. bags is great to broadcast over 110 sq. ft. You should mix this soil conditioner into the top 4 in. of soil for 8 sq. ft. or to a 5% to 10% mix of the plantable soil. The added Wakefield Premium Biochar supports greater water retention, increased microbial activity, better nitrogen absorption and it will continue to improve your soil year after year. The pores in this soil amendment helps to retain water and improves the drought tolerance of your soil. This biochar soil conditioner also holds onto nitrogen, which helps micro-organisms in your soil thrive. You'll create an ideal ecosystem for healthy root systems with this organic soil conditioner.
