Thorsten Warranty & Size Exchange Policy

Shipping Fees:
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees to and from Thorsten for warranty claims and size exchanges.

Size Exchange Process:

1. Thorsten Warranty Fee: A $30 warranty fee applies to all size exchanges.
2. Start an Exchange: Use the link below to select your new size, add optional engraving, and pay for shipping from Thorsten to you.
3. Confirmation & RMA: Sparkle & Jade will send a confirmation email with an RMA number within 1–2 business days. If you requested a pre-paid return label, it will be emailed to you.
4. Prepare Your Return:
   • Print the return authorization form or include the RMA number inside the package.
   • Do not include the Thorsten ring box. Use a secure padded mailer or box.
   • You may use any carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), but we recommend insuring the ring for its original value.
5. Tracking: If you ship the ring yourself, email your tracking number to [email protected].
6. Processing: Once Thorsten receives your ring, they typically ship the new size the next business day. You will receive a tracking number from Sparkle & Jade once your new ring ships.

Previously Engraved Rings:
Engraved rings can only be exchanged under Thorsten’s size exchange warranty. The engraving/custom work must be redone at the customer’s expense.

Thorsten Lifetime Size Warranty

Because alternative metals cannot be resized, Thorsten offers a lifetime size exchange warranty. If your finger size changes, you can exchange your ring for a different size (same style and width only).

• Engraving/custom work must be redone at the customer’s expense.
• The warranty does not cover normal wear (scratches, inlay damage, lost stones).
• The ring must be exchanged for the same style; if discontinued, a similar style may be substituted.
• Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
• Altering the ring (excluding engraving) voids the warranty.
• Thorsten is not responsible for sentimental or intrinsic value.
• All shipping expenses are the customer’s responsibility.

Thorsten Lifetime Warranty

Thorsten guarantees their rings are free of defects. If your ring cracks or breaks due to accidental damage, it will be replaced.

• Custom rings are non-refundable. Warranty claims on custom rings require a custom fee.
• Third-party alterations (except engravings produced by Thorsten) void the warranty.
• If your ring style is discontinued, a similar style may be substituted.
• Refunds do not cover engraving fees, custom fees, or shipping.

Return Policy

• Rings can be returned within 30 days if they are new, unworn, and unengraved.
• Rings with signs of wear will incur a 20% refurbishing fee.
• All returns must be pre-approved. Contact Sparkle & Jade before returning a ring.
• Unauthorized returns will be sent back.
• Customers are responsible for insuring their ring during shipping.
• Customs taxes for international shipments are the recipient’s responsibility.
